Abstract
problemas relacionados à repressão aos crimes de desvios de recursos públicos, especialmente quando praticados por organizações criminosas. No caso em apreço, fica claramente demonstrada a necessidade de adoção de novas políticas criminais para os crimes de colarinho branco, especialmente quando passamos a identificar a atuação polarizada dos integrantes de organização criminosas em diversos municípios. Apenas a polícia judiciária isoladamente não terá condições de resolver o problema da impunidade se a política criminal não for orientada para a prevenção dos crimes dessa natureza. É preciso entender como atuam as organizações criminosas na prática desse tipo de delito e passar a atuar com mais eficiência e eficácia, para munir o poder judiciário de ferramentas capazes de reprimir efetivamente os crimes em comento. Conhecer como atuam os estigmas e a teoria da associação diferencial nos crimes do colarinho branco é fundamental para a compreensão do problema.
