Abstract

The Brazilian Journal of Police Sciences (RBCP) in this special edition presents the dossier “Police Sciences, Police Intelligence and Organized Crime”, the result of the scientific production of the International Seminar on Police Sciences and Organized Crime, held from June 21 to 25, 2019. 2021, by the National Police Academy (ANP), in partnership with the Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL), of Portugal, under the terms of the Institutional Cooperation Agreement signed with the Federal Police (PF) in 2018.

Author Biography

Marcos Leôncio Sousa Ribeiro, Academia Nacional de Polícia, Brasília/DF, Brazil / Brazilian police chief

Master in Business Administration from the University of Brasilia. Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Piauí (1994). He is currently a Federal Police Delegate, assigned to the Higher Police School Coordination. He worked in the Treasury Police, Human Rights, Immigration and Parliamentary Advisory units in the National Congress, within the scope of the Federal Police. He teaches as a teacher/lecturer classes at the National Police Academy and as an instructor of courses at the National Secretariat of Public Security.
