Resumen

Entrevista concedida por el Profesor Spencer Chainey, Profesor de Seguridad y Ciencias Criminales en University College London, al Jefe de la Policía Federal Wellington Clay Porcino Silva, a través de la plataforma Teams, el 16 de septiembre de 2022, detallando la relación entre el Prof. Doctor Spencer Chainey y la Revista Brasileira de Ciências Policiais, así como la investigación y la relación de la investigadora con la Policía Federal y los resultados del Proyecto Policía Orientada a la Inteligencia, realizado con el apoyo del BID (Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo) y la Policía Federal brasileña.

Delegado de Polícia Federal. Doutor em Geografia pela UFRN. Mestre em Sistemas de Informações Geográficas pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Mestre em Operações Militares pela EsAO/EB. Especialista em Ciência Policial e Inteligência pela ANP. Especialista em Atualização Pedagógica pela UFRJ. Especialista em Direito Penal e Processual Penal pela Universidade Gama Filho. Foi chefe do SIP/SR/DPF/RJ, da Divisão de Doutrina de Inteligência Policial da DIP e da Divisão de Repressão aos Crimes Ambientais da DICOR, Superintendente da Polícia Federal em Roraima e no RN. Atualmente é Diretor de Gestão e Integração da informação na SENASP/MJ.

Possui interese em avaliar artigos sobre gestão de polícias, indicadores, formulação de políticas públicas de segurança e emprego de de tecnologia na segurnaça pública e na gestão policial.
