Orientation entrepreneuriale dans la police fédérale – stimuli et restrictions en fonction des caractéristiques organisationnelles

Résumé
Les organisations policières ont évolué vers l'intégration de procédures plus efficaces afin d'améliorer les services fournis. En ce sens, l'étude de l'orientation entrepreneuriale et l'identification des caractéristiques organisationnelles qui agissent comme inducteurs ou inhibiteurs de ce comportement gagnent en pertinence. L'orientation entrepreneuriale est encore peu étudiée dans les organisations policières. En ce sens, le présent travail vise à analyser la relation entre les caractéristiques présentes dans l'organisation et l'orientation entrepreneuriale des fonctionnaires. Pour atteindre l'objectif proposé, des informations primaires ont été recueillies auprès de 321 agents de la police fédérale à l'aide d'un questionnaire structuré. Les données ont été analysées à l'aide d'une analyse factorielle exploratoire et d'une analyse de régression multiple. Les résultats trouvés montrent l'importance du leadership pour la proactivité et pour la propension à prendre des risques de la part des délégués. En outre, il a été observé que l'offre de qualification et de formation était associée à la propension au risque, mais pas à la proactivité. Contrairement aux attentes, la présence de normes et de règles ne s'est pas révélée être un obstacle à l'orientation entrepreneuriale, mais plutôt un stimulant au risque.
