Interview donnée par le professeur Spencer Chainey, professeur de sécurité et de sciences criminelles à l'University College London, au chef de la police fédérale Wellington Clay Porcino Silva, via la plateforme Teams, le 16 septembre 2022, détaillant la relation entre le professeur . docteur Spencer Chainey et la Revista Brasileira de Ciências Policiais, ainsi que les recherches et les relations du chercheur avec la police fédérale et les résultats du projet Intelligence-Oriented Policing, réalisé avec le soutien de la BID (banque interaméricaine de développement) et de la police fédérale brésilienne.
