Sparatoria della polizia: decisione irreversibile in ambienti complessi

Abstract
In ambienti dinamici con un alto grado di incertezza, il tempo di risposta è più breve, poiché il processo anticipatorio semplifica il processo di selezione delle informazioni, si concentra sull'obiettivo e utilizza contemporaneamente strategie per controllare l'ambiente, dove l'intuizione o l'istinto, sempre che ricorrono a lungo- memoria di lavoro a lungo termine e si combinano con una maggiore esperienza, pratica e competenza, aumentano l'efficienza della decisione, il cui successo è tanto maggiore quanto più vicino è l'“ambiente di scansione” (Tenenbaum, 2004). Considerando alcuni ambienti di polizia complessi e stressanti (ad es. perquisizioni, perquisizioni, arresti di criminali, risse), l'investigatore criminale deve essere in grado di gestire l'imprevedibilità e il rischio associato e decidere rapidamente dalla selezione e dal trattamento delle informazioni situazionali, possibile solo se ci sono livelli organizzativi di formazione elevati e allenamenti frequenti, con particolare attenzione agli esercizi di tiro al simulatore perché più vicini alla realtà. Il processo decisionale di polizia è, per le ragioni addotte, complesso e condizionato da variabili psicofisiologiche, ambientali e di compito (Davies, 2015). Sistemi sociali complessi richiedono elevate competenze tecniche in termini di sparatorie della polizia e intrinsecamente il TD degli investigatori criminali di PJ, la cui performance, attraverso l'unico studio noto in Portogallo con queste variabili, dovrebbe essere oggetto di riflessione in quanto mostra dati che non sono in in linea con gli ottimi risultati attesi.
