Abstract
The traditional approach aimed at supporting the application of urgent protective measures present in interpersonal violence against women is based on the National Risk Assessment Form for domestic and family violence, established by Joint Resolution n. 5, of 03.03.2020 of the CNJ and CNMP. However, the form does not identify the degree of risk, and a structure is needed to implement the information contained in the document. By approaching a risk-based study, this work proposes a methodology of Pax Risk Analysis (Pax RA) that allows addressing problems related to uncertainty, in order to seek the convergence of urgent protective measures with the vulnerabilities of the victim and the potential threats. It is, therefore, the modeling of a systematically disciplined structure, focused on the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of the processes of protection for women.
