Résumé

La police est une profession qui comporte une composante importante de facteur humain, et la psychologie policière a contribué à sa structure et à l'amélioration des relations entre les policiers dans divers domaines de la prévention et de l'intervention en matière de criminalité. Au sein de la police et dans l'interaction police-client, la gestion du facteur humain est devenue assez élaborée dans le domaine de la police. Cependant, dans le domaine difficile de la violence domestique, il y a beaucoup de terrain inconnu. Le projet de recherche IMPRODOVA, financé par l'UE, a cherché à aborder ce sujet de manière empirique par le biais d'analyses de documents, d'analyses de données secondaires et d'entretiens avec des experts. Ses principales conclusions et résultats pour la pratique policière (y compris un site web de formation en libre accès) sont discutés ci-dessous. Des recommandations pour la coopération policière multi-professionnelle et inter-agences sont également présentées.
