A efetividade da entrevista investigativa na confecção do retrato falado utilizando o Modelo Peace relato de caso

Abstract
A criação de retratos falados é uma das ferramentas que auxilia substancialmente as investigações policiais. O presente estudo aborda como os profissionais em papiloscopia do Estado de Goiás usam entrevistas investigativas no PEACE (P- Planejamento e preparação (Preparation and Planning), E- Engajar e explicar o processo de entrevista (Engage and Explain), A- Obtenção do relato (Account), C- Fechamento da entrevista (Closure), E- Avaliação da entrevista (Evaluate). Os resultados mostraram a importância do processo de entrevista para obtenção de informações mais precisas e para facilitar que a vítima possa falar sobre o suspeito com mais detalhes. A abordagem PEACE, baseada em princípios psicológicos e de comunicação, demonstrou ser eficaz para reduzir a ansiedade da vítima, ajudando-a a lembrar de detalhes importantes, diminuindo a revitimização. Além disso, o estudo demonstrou que usar corretamente os métodos e seguir as fases do processo de entrevista pode melhorar a qualidade e quantidade de informações coletadas durante a confecção dos retratos falados. Sugere-se, que, para melhorar suas habilidades na criação de retratos falados, os profissionais envolvidos devem receber treinamentos periódicos.
