Abstract

La polizia è una professione con una componente significativa del fattore umano e la psicologia della polizia ha contribuito a strutturarla e a migliorare le relazioni con la polizia in vari campi della prevenzione e dell'intervento sul crimine. All'interno della polizia e nell'interazione polizia-cliente, la gestione del fattore umano è diventata piuttosto elaborata. Tuttavia, nel difficile campo della violenza domestica, c'è ancora molto terreno inesplorato. Il progetto di ricerca IMPRODOVA, finanziato dall'UE, ha cercato di affrontare questo tema con un approccio empirico attraverso analisi di documenti, analisi di dati secondari e interviste ad esperti. Di seguito vengono discusse le principali intuizioni e i risultati per la pratica della polizia (tra cui un sito web di formazione ad accesso libero). Vengono inoltre presentate le raccomandazioni per la cooperazione multi-professionale e inter-agenzie della polizia.
