Análise da atuação dos First Responders na preservação de local de crime

Abstract
O Instituto de Identificação Félix Pacheco é o responsável pelo Serviço de Perícia Papiloscópica em Local de Crime, sendo sua atribuição buscar por vestígios de impressão digital nestes locais. Com o advento do pacote anticrime, a cadeia de custódia ganhou maior importância e regulamentação. O legislador definiu que o seu início se dá com a preservação do local de crime e que o responsável por ela não são só os peritos, mas também, o primeiro agente público que chegar ao local (first responders) sejam ele policiais civis, militares, bombeiros, guardas-municipais. Este estudo tem como objetivo destacar a importância da preservação do local de crime no início da cadeia de cadeia de custódia segundo as mais recentes recomendações a respeito da atuação dos first responders, na legislação e na literatura brasileira e como a temática é vista internacionalmente. Os resultados mostraram que tivemos grandes avanços no cenário nacional com o advento da Lei 13964/19 porém as polícias ainda precisam investir mais na capacitação e conscientização destes agentes no atendimento adequado do local de crime.
