Gerenciamento de Crise de Imagem nas Polícias Brasileiras

Abstract
O presente artigo cuida do estudo da gestão de crises que afetam a imagem dos organismos policiais brasileiros, enfatizando a importância da administração da comunicação no processo de gerenciamento de crises envolvendo a imagem corporativa. Mostra-se indiscutível que, com o avanço dos sistemas de informática e telemática, por meio do advento da Internet, ocorra a instantânea difusão de eventos geradores de crise em escala global, gerando acesso instantâneo às informações, multiplicando, assim, os efeitos negativos de uma crise. A conclusão deste trabalho aponta para a necessidade da constituição de Gabinetes de Crise orientados ao trato de crise de imagem corporativa, essenciais, nos dias atuais, para a mantença do prestígio e do reconhecimento das instituições policiais frente à população destinatária de seus serviços.
