Inteligência forense para o gerenciamento de ações de perícia papiloscópica em locais de homicídios

Abstract
O Brasil possui 2,7% dos habitantes do planeta e concentra 20,4% dos homicídios (ANUÁRIO BRASILEIRO DE SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA, 2022). Em 2019 foi iniciada uma base de dados (BD) da papiloscopia da Delegacia de Homicídios da Baixada Fluminense (DHBF), para compilar informações de locais de crime, como percentual de positivação das perícias e detalhamento da pessoa positivada. Esse estudo objetivou descrever a construção da BD da perícia de locais de homicídios da DHBF e realizar análises críticas. Para o desenvolvimento da BD, que irá abranger perícias papiloscópicas de 2014-2024, foi utilizada uma interface criada em 2019 pelo autor e estimativas das taxas foram calculados no programa Excel em um recorte do ano de 2022, como piloto do projeto de mestrado em desenvolvimento pelo autor na UERJ. O trabalho servirá de lastro para o tratamento de dados que orientará as perícias em locais de homicídios e a tomada de decisão pela SEPOL/RJ.
